Working well from home under self-quarantine for coronavirus

Organisation: Leapers

Web page

Some organisations may be encouraging their staff to work from home for the first time due to the coronavirus outbreak. Others might be returning to home-working after a brief gap. And any of us might find ourselves in full self-isolation for a while.

Being alone through the working day can be daunting for those who have not done it before. This guide from Leapers explores what you can do to plan for the possibility of staff needing to self-isolate, as well as tips for home-workers. Advice includes using a variety of ways of keeping in touch with colleagues, how to build a structure for your day, and ensuring you don’t neglect the important social aspect of work.

It is available both as a web page, but also as a PDF that you can print off and display or email to your teams. You are invited to make a donation to Leapers, but this is not required in order to receive the PDF.
