Thank you for participating in the OCPA Annual Conference Assessment! The following pages contain questions about multiple aspects of this year's annual conference, including questions for those that were unable to attend the conference. Please do your best to answer questions as honestly as possible. If at any point you no longer wish to complete the survey, or would like to skip any question(s) while taking the survey, you may do so by leaving the question(s) blank and continuing to the next page.

The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and will remain open for one week after the conclusion of the annual conference.
