2021 TRACK & FIELD

Outdoor

  • Recorded a personal-best time of 15:08.14 in the 5,000-meter run at the Tennessee Relays (4/9)
  • Opened his outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays (3/26), running a personal-best time of nearly a minute in the 10,000-meter run and clocking in at 30:49.56

Indoor

  • Turned in a personal best of 8:29.55 in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge (2/13)
  • Represented the Vols in the 5,000-meter and made his season debut at the Hokie Invitational (1/23), placing first overall with a time of 14:36.58 that marked his personal-best by 18 seconds

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY

  • Clocked in a time of 25:16.0 at the FSU Winter Classic (2/5), placing him 94th overall and the No.5 finisher for the Vols        
  • Made his season debut at the SEC Championships (10/30), placing 65th overall with a time of 25:35.9

2020 TRACK & FIELD

Outdoor

  • Did not compete, as the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) global health crisis

Indoor

  • Took more than four seconds off his personal-best 3000m with a time of 8:34.56 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/15)
  • Ran a new PR in the men's 5,000m (14:54.79) for fifth place at the Virginia Tech Invite (1/18)
  • Opened his season with a three-second PR in the 3000m (8:38.92) at the Tennessee-Indiana Duals (1/11)

2019 CROSS COUNTRY

  • Ran in five meets for the Big Orange in his second season on Rocky Top
  • Clocked a time of 32:56.4 at the NCAA South Regional Championships (11/15)
  • Finished 69th at the Arturo Barrios Invitational (10/19) with a time of 25:09.0
  • Opened the season with a 6th place finish at the Tennessee Tri-Star Cross Country Challenge (8/30) with a time of 21:32.25.

2019 TRACK & FIELD

Outdoor

  • Finished sixth in the 3000m with a finishing time of 8:47.43 at the Power 5 Trailblazer Challenge (3/23)

Indoor

  • Ran the 3000m on four occasions during his first indoor campaign as a Vol
  • Made his Tennessee debut on the track at the UT-Indiana Duals, clocking a 3K PR of 8:41.96

2018 CROSS COUNTRY

  • Competed in five meets during his first semester with the Vols
  • Top times in three of those meets: 4 miles at the Louisville dual meet (21:50.68 - 11th overall/7th team); 6K at the Auburn Invite (18:34.76 - 13th/6th) and the 8K at the SEC Championships (24:38.18 - 78th/8th)

2018 TRACK & FIELD AT MARQUETTE

Outdoor

  • Placed top-25 at the Drake Relays in the 10,000 meters with a 32:17.87 time (4/25)
  • Had best finish of the season at the Illinois Twilight in the 5,000 meters, placing eighth with a personal-best time of 15:14.66 mark (4/14)

Indoor

  • Placed 17th in the 5,000 meters (15:24.38) at BIG EAST Indoors
  • Beat his personal best in the 5,000 meters (15:16.87) at the GVSU Big Meet
  • Placed 11th in the 3,000-meter race (8:52.86) at the Jack Johnson Classic
  • Also placed 14th in the mile (4:33.24) at the John Tierney Classic

PERSONAL

  • Parents: Scott and Ann Marie Barbour
  • Younger siblings: Has two younger brothers, Evan and Oliver
  • Four-time varsity letter winner and served as captain his senior year at Loyola Blakefield, where he was an all-conference and all-metro distance runner
