Despite the reviews we thought it was pretty terrible. Lots of meat but mostly cheap cuts. There was one paper thin slice of salami and one of cheese . Lots to choose from. I like the subs, preferable with turkey and cheese, with a nice addition of veggies. Mayo and mustard toppings available. So is oil and vinegar. Also, salt, pepper and oregano. The sandwich was fresh, huge, and delicious. The workers were polite, fast, and entertaining. They tossed the sliced meats across the counter and deftly landed them into the awaiting bread. Impressive place. Reasonable prices and huge portions.
We found this online. Wanted a quick sandwich on the way to the airport, but not fast food or a chain. This was great. We’ll be back every time we’re in town. They have a few tables, service is friendly and fast. Best hoagies I’ve...ever had! I had the hot meatball small. Husband had meat and cheese something. Parking is easy. This place gets swamped around lunchtime during the week. And very noisy. Service slows down. This isn't a restaurant where you dine-in for ambiance. It's mainly a take-out establishment. I make it a point to come here shortly after they open, which is 10 AM....This beats the crowd and the noise. And it expedites service. I get the turkey sandwich with cheese and most of the veggies thar are available. Any sandwich can get oil and vinegar. And get salt, pepper, and oregano. Great tasting sandwiches.More
We had company. Easily placed our order on the phone. Arrived to pick up at lunchtime. The place was jump in’! The hoagies were amazing. The roll was amazing. I am from Philadelphia. I think this was a better hoagie than I get at home!...Lovely combination of sweet & hot peppers along with pickles. Our order was correct .More
Have not had one of these for a while and was recommended to have one by a friend. I watched it being made and couldn’t wait to get my teeth in it. Great meal and strongly recommended.
We are Philly people and are serious about a good hoagie... We heard about this place on youtube.. We were not disappointed... Every part of this sandwich was well made... VERY FRESH!!!! My daughter had an Italian hoagie and I had the turkey hoagie.. it...was outstanding... The staff was very pleasant and the restaurant is small, nice and clean... Will definitely return for another sandwich before vacation is over. Highly recommendedMore
Sweet peppers out of stock, both times I attended this week 5 days apart, which if you attend here you know how important a miss that is. Making $15 for a regular sub with decent meat, limited lettuce and half rotten tomatoes. Very disappointed in...recent experience.More
Yowza! It only took me a few years to find this place but I am SO happy I did! Friends have been telling me to go there and I should have listened sooner. The place is like a well-oiled machine from when you walk in...the door until you leave. I had a half-Turkey hoagie that was more like a full-size one! I brought it home and added some bacon, cucumber and black olives to it. I would have liked to have seen those as part of my selection but I understand you can only have so many options. My husband had a salami/Turkey/cheese salad and enjoyed it. I look forward to visiting again!More
I stood in front of the Order Here sign for about 15 minutes and nobody said a word to me. I was trying to order 6 sandwiches for our group. Since they never took my order I cannot tell you about the quality of the...food. I did tell them why I was leaving and they did not seem to care. Amazon hoagies/subs with an incredible amount of meat. The sandwich was very tasty and extremely filling. The service was lightning fast. We had 22 in our group and they had us all served efficiently.
I’m not a big hoagie or sandwich guy to begin with but really did not see what all the hype was about for the sandwiches nor was I anywhere close to being impressed. Rather basic and standard. Just some lettuce and tomato and deli meats,...I don’t see what all the rave is about. even for its simplicity it was not stand out flavours or anything, actually the bread got soggy by the time I received the delivery. Custom sandwich that I made myself at the publix a few days ago was actually better. SorryMore
I have been in Pompano for almost a week, and have had 2 Italian subs from here. I have it cut into 3rds and eat for lunch. Truly one of the best subs I’ve ever had!
