When? April 20, 2024—Check In and Reception at 11:00am. Awards program begins at 12:00pm.

Guest tickets are $25 per person. NCPTA will be covering the ticket for each winner. By April 15th, all winners and guests (up to two per winner) must register to attend.

WCPSS Family & Community Engagement Committee Summit

NCPTA encourages members in Wake County to attend the first WCPSS Family & Community Engagement Committee Summit on April 27 from 8:30-12:30 at Athens Drive Magnet High School.

The keynote address will be provided by Drs. Steve & Margaret Constantino, authors of the new book, “Case Studies to Engage Every Family.” There will be two 45-minute break out sessions following the keynote address. Sessions will be for both families, community, and educators. Join us at Athens Drive Magnet High School on April 27th.

Challenge #9: It Takes A Village

This year we focused on getting back to our roots and how it takes a village to make everyone successful. For the It Takes a Village challenge, PTAs who have at least 10% of their memberships from community members are eligible to apply. Participating PTAs will be entered into a drawing for a PTA Shop gift card. To apply for Membership Challenge #9, please fill out this google form.

To be eligible for NCPTA Membership Challenges, a local unit must be in Good Standing.

2023-2024 Dues Update!

Effective July 1, 2023, the NCPTA Membership Dues are now $5.25 ($3.00 goes to NCPTA and $2.25 goes to National PTA).

Schools who owe membership dues from the 2022-2023 fiscal year should contact [email protected] for information on how to pay these outstanding dues.
