2022-2023: Started in 24 of his 26 games played… Was a preseason AAC First Team All-Conference selection... Averaged 34.5 minutes per game, leading the team with 19.9 points per game and 4.9 assists per game… Was named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll Five times while earning Player of the Week twice… Put up 20+ points in 16 games…  Went on an eight game streak of scoring 20+ points… Scored a career high 30 points twice this season versus South Florida and Wichita State (2/18, 2/26)… Grabbed a career high nine rebounds versus Wichita State (1/25)… Recorded a career high 14 assists versus Cincinnati which also broke the Tulane single game assist record (2/7)… Recorded a career high five steals against UCF (1/14)… Was named First Team All-Conference and NABC All-District 24 honors at the conclusion of the season.

2021-2022: Appeared and started in 24 games for Tulane… lead the team in scoring with 18.0 points per game shooting .429 from the field and .391 from beyond the arc… Despite missing the last four games of the season he was second the AAC in scoring… Was named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll five times earning player of the week twice… Scored in double digits in 22 games… Was a First Team All-AAC selection and a NABC First-Team All-District Selection… Averaged 19+ points per game through the first 20 games… Scored a career-high 28 points in the season opener versus Southeastern Louisiana (11/9)… Dished out a career-high seven assists versus Southern (11/13)… Boarded a career-high seven rebounds versus Florida State (11/17).

Prior to Tulane: Will have four years of eligibility remaining...Arrives at Tulane after appearing in 20 games as a freshman at LSU in 2020-21...Shot nearly 46 percent from the field and just shy of 44 percent from 3-point range while registering 16 assists and 16 steals on the season...Scored a season-high 11 points on 4-of-6 shooting with a pair of treys and two assists in just nine minutes of action at Georgia...Enjoyed a decorated career at Walker High School where he scored over 3,200 points and led the Wildcats to their first Class 5A LHSAA state title as a sophomore in 2018...Followed that up with a breakthrough junior campaign in 2019 highlighted by his 29.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game en route to being honored with the prestigious Farm Bureau/Mr. Basketball Award and a return trip to the state title game...Additional accolades for Cook include being tabbed the Gatorade Louisiana Player of the Year, USA Today Louisiana Player of the Year and Louisiana High School Basketball Coaches Association's state MVP...As a senior in 2020, Cook put up 29.8 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists per contest before earning his fourth consecutive selection to The New Orleans Advocate/Times Picayune's Class 5A All-District First Team and second straight MVP award...A consensus four-star recruit, Cook was listed as the No. 123 overall prospect nationally in the 2020 class in the final Rivals150 rankings and regarded as the No. 2 overall prospect in the state according to 247sports.com.
