What is your return policy?

For customers residing in the contiguous United States, we offer free returns in exchange for store credit. To return an item and refund to the original payment method, the customer is responsible for paying for the return. We accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items that were directly purchased from Toolbelts.com and received by us within 30 days from the order date. Please consider the shipping time for the carrier to deliver your item(s) to our warehouse in Charlottesville, VA. Please note that Gift Cards , discounted items, and items marked as "All sales are final - No returns" are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if I am outside the contiguous United States?
If you are located outside the contiguous United States (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or other U.S. territories), you may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. However, such returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days from the order date; otherwise, they will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide free return shipping for customers outside the contiguous United States.

What about refunds?
If we receive your return within 30 days from the order date, you have the option to receive a refund, excluding any original shipping charges. You can choose to receive the refund back to your original payment method or as a Toolbelts.com store credit. To receive the refund to your original payment method, we must receive the items within the specified timeframe and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. Please allow 7-10 working days for us to process your refund after receiving your item(s). If you made the payment using a Toolbelts.com gift card or Toolbelts.com store credit, the refund will be provided as Toolbelts.com store credit, which will be added back to your Toolbelts.com account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account. For payments made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be issued back to the respective card. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card may vary. Kindly note that each returned item will appear as an individual credit on your credit card/bank/PayPal statement if you are returning multiple items. We do not provide refunds for original shipping charges.

How do I return an item?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Please follow the steps below. Note that items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

Step 1: Visit our Returns Portal and have your order number and email address ready.

Step 2: Follow the instructions to generate and print your free UPS return label. Unfortunately, we can only provide a free return shipping label for customers within the contiguous United States and if the customer chooses to return for store credit. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or outside the U.S., you must cover the return shipping cost.

Step 3: Package the unworn item(s) along with the return form and drop off the package at any authorized UPS location. After we receive your return, please allow us 7-10 working days to process your refund, excluding any original shipping charges. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card may vary.

Do you offer exchanges?
If you wish to make an exchange, please initiate an exchange at our Returns & Exchange Portal and follow the steps. Please note, we require exchanged items to be received back in our warehouse before shipping out the exchange order.
