This form will guide you through the application process to evaluate your foreign credentials for High Point University. You will need to upload scans of your academic documents (e.g. transcripts, diplomas), select the appropriate evaluation, translation, and verification options. Then make a payment with a credit or debit card. You will be provided a case reference number at the end. 

To complete this application, you will need:

1) Copies of your official transcripts and diplomas in their original language

2) A scan of your passport or driver's license

3) Credit/debit card for payment (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, etc.)
