Credentialed agents and agency staff have multiple ways to register for webinars and events:

• Select a registration link from the training bulletin that Citizens emailed you. If you haven’t already logged in to our website, enter your Citizens Authentication Gateway credentials (the username and password used to log in to PolicyCenter). Select Request from the Session Details screen and follow the prompts.

Note: It may be necessary to restart your browser or clear its cache (press Ctrl + F5) to access the registration links.

• Go to the Training section on the Agents website: This section includes Live Education, On Demand Education and Webinar Recordings. Select an event link to be directed to the Citizens Learning Center (CLC) page to request and register for the course.

• Select Citizens Learning Center from the Systems drop-down menu on the Agents website where you can search for or browse available courses and events to request and register.

Notes:

• Attendees must have their own Citizens Authentication Gateway credentials (the username and password used to log in to PolicyCenter).

• Registrants should not forward the calendar invitation because the launch link will break.

• Agency staff must access our live webinars through CLC or via the registration calendar link.

• Pop-up blockers must be turned off to launch online courses.

• Once you have registered for an upcoming event, you will receive a confirmation email in the form of a calendar invitation from LMS@citizensfla.com.
