Utility companies regularly check water service quality, but are only responsible for delivery of water up to the water meter. In the building, the potable water quality is the building owner’s responsibility.  Common issues, such as fluctuating water temperatures and water stagnation, expose the owner and occupants to potential risks and can negatively impact energy efficiency. In this presentation, we review the impact of common building water issues, methods to managing risks, and how emerging automation technology supports effective building water management and improves energy efficiency.

This meeting is being presented by Greg Swafford, CPD, GPD

This chapter meeting is being held on May 6 at 12 pm EDT.
