Rental Room Inquiry
The San Tan Heights Community Center has Event Spaces available for rent to residents and non-residents. We can accommodate a variety of events for as little as 10 people, all the way up to 215 people. There have been countless birthday parties, baby showers, quinceañeras, and weddings.
There are multiple rooms to accommodate a variety of guests. The outdoor Ramada and/or Prep Kitchen can be added to any Rental. Additionally, there is Media Projection, Speakers, TVs, and a Bar.

Please note that submitting this form does not confirm your rental. A Rental Agreement must be completed and signed. The Security Deposit is due at booking to reserve the space, date, and time. The Final Payment and Certificate of Insurance are due 30 days prior to the event.
