I understand that by signing this form I authorize SK Baseball LLC (“SKB”) to charge my credit or debit card listed above (a) the annual dues amount set forth above, or (b) the first installment of such dues if I select an installment option below, for my membership(s) (including the tickets listed above for the Reno Aces regular season). The Reno Aces baseball team is referred to herein as the “Team” and my membership in the Reno Aces is referred to as the “Membership.” I agree to the terms and conditions listed herein and to the Membership benefits. If I select an installment option below, I understand that my subsequent installment charges will be made to the above credit or debit card in accord with my chosen payment plan until my annual dues are paid in full.
Notices to either party must be in writing (including email or completion of electronic forms on SKB’s or the Team's website). Either I or SKB may change their address for notices by written notice to the other.
Upon cancellation, I will no longer be obligated for any future payments, but will not be entitled to any refund (although SKB may elect to provide a refund) for payments made prior to the cancellation. Any credit due will be determined by dividing the number of regular season home games played by the Team in the then-current year by the number of regular season home games scheduled for the Team in that year and multiplying that fraction by the total amount of annual dues applicable to the relevant Membership. If the amount I have paid exceeds the resulting amount, the excess will be applied toward the purchase of tickets for event(s) to be held by SK Baseball LLC at Greater Nevada Field within the year that cancellation occurs or, in SKB’s discretion, refunded to me.
For all Membership payments, the foregoing payment authorization will remain in effect for so long as my Membership remains in effect. I warrant that I have the authority to authorize charges to the listed account for the purpose of payment my annual Membership dues. I understand and agree that neither SKB nor I are liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages as a result of a breach hereunder or for erroneous billing statements or incorrect charges. Should such an error occur in billing, SKB will correct the error reasonably promptly after receipt of notice of the error and SKB’s confirmation that an error has, in fact, occurred. If installment payments are not timely paid or if any authorized charge is refused by my credit card company or banking institution for any reason, in addition to cancelling this agreement, SKB may restrict entry to Team games or Membership events, may otherwise restrict or revoke Membership privileges and may charge reasonable late or processing fees. If the credit card or debit card listed on this form changes, I will promptly notify SKB in writing of the change and this authorization will remain in effect for the new credit or debit card. All payments are due on the dates specified regardless of game cancellations or rescheduling. Refunds or exchanges relating to cancellations or rescheduling will be handled under SKB’s standard ticket policies, terms and conditions.
I understand that my Membership(s) include(s) tickets only to regular season games and that tickets to playoff games will be at an additional cost. I further understand that Members will be given priority status (that is, prior to seats going on sale to the general public) to purchase the same seats for all home playoff games that the Member had for regular season games. In light of the short time schedule related to offering playoff tickets for sale, Members will be deemed to have agreed to purchase their playoff tickets unless within three days after playoff schedules and ticket prices are announced, the Member gives written notice to SKB that the Member elects not to purchase playoff tickets for that round of playoffs. If I fail to give that notice, the cost of the playoff ticket(s) for home game or games in the current round of playoffs will be charged to the above credit or debit card. The Member will retain the priority status and the foregoing provisions will remain in effect for subsequent playoff rounds, even if the Member elects NOT to purchase tickets in an earlier round. If a playoff round involves multiple games (e.g., best of three), the Member will receive a credit on the above credit or debit card account for the amount charged for any game that becomes unnecessary to deciding the winner of that round.
