How do I Access technology?
HCPS is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication for Office 365 to enhance security and prevent unauthorized access to staff accounts. Users will be prompted to set up additional verification through text or voice messages after entering their username and password. Click the image to the right for directions.

TSS vs. Computer Tech
What is a TSS?
Your Technology Support Specialist is a school-based employee/teacher trained to troubleshoot technology issues.
What is a Computer Tech?
A computer tech is assigned to one or more schools to support the hardware needs of a building such as Device Issues, Boxlights, Smartboards, Projectors, etc. They complete work after an official work-order is filed.
How can they support me?
As a staff member, your primary go-to when assistance is needed will be your TSS. They will help you determine the next steps for support.
