The OHIO Children of Incarcerated Parents Initiative Summit will be attended by community members, treatment and prevention staff, restored / justice involved citizens, adult family members, faith and ministry leaders, and service providers.

The vendor fee is $25.00 for vendors promoting services and $50.00 for vendors selling products. You will receive an invoice and link for payment. Your space is not considered reserved until the fee is paid. No set up will be allowed within 30 minutes of the start of the Summit. I/We understand that Summit, presenting partners, and its conference planners reserve the right to make final decisions on the allocation of vendor space. I/We hold Summit, presenting partners, conference planners and the conference venue harmless for any loss or damages to property or person sustained as a result of my participation in this event. *
