NATURE WATERCOLOR PAINTING

Join artist and educator Dee Robertson for an exciting exploration of the Capitol grounds to create simple watercolor paintings. This class will meet at the Madison Building terrace with two sessions offered: 11 – noon, and noon – 1 p.m. All materials are provided.
