Any University Village resident may appeal the outcome of a Conduct Review Meeting to the Director of Foundation Housing based on one or more of the reasons below:
1. There is new information that was not available at the time of the meeting. This does not apply if the resident did not respond to the Notice of Conduct Review or did not attend the Conduct Review Meeting.
2. The resolution (sanction) is inappropriate or excessive to the conduct.
3. The resident did not receive "due process" - a fair, equitable, or consistent conduct review process.
The appeals process is strictly a written process. Appeals must be submitted within three (3) business days of the date of the resolution letter. Please allow five (5) business days for a response.
