I’m so proud of the Free Library of Philadelphia’s President Kelly Richards. He is so passionate about the libraries in the ENTIRE system being open and being spaces where communities can flourish. He has worked TIRELESSLY since day one, without days off, to increase budgets, hire staff, and to make Philadelphia’s library system one of the best in the nation.

Today, I met with my amazing board to discuss Q1. I’m so grateful to every individual at this table who have taken me to incredible heights. I would not be this far this fast without their amazing support.

As they say, the last one is the best one. In this clip, I mentioned that manufacturers have started setting up their own employee pipelines to find workers. I am always on the lookout for great talent that we train in-house and turn into incredible assemblers.
