REVISED: After discovering it was my phone setting that prevented the notification sound, I changed my rating. It's actually a pretty good app with the exception of the hassle of having to keep setting the alert zone for each substitute bus. It actually occurs often in my area. The customer service is decent Please fix this. PREVIOUS: Oh the brilliance of having to stare at your phone for AN HOUR! WHY IS THERE NO NOTIFICATION SOUND OPTION??

This has helped a lot to track where my kids are on the bus. However, when you go through the trouble of setting up alerts, I would find it more helpful if those alerts would automatically transfer to the substitute bus number. You definitely have to pay attention to the app and bus locations - not just rely on alerts. Otherwise, this could cause some issues. And also understand that the app is typically a courtesy of the school system. If your kid misses the bus, you're still responsible.

The app constantly stops working. GPS stops tracking for days. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It's up to date. I cleared cache and force stopped too. I need this app due to my son being special needs. When it works, it's awesome. What's happening? Currently it's stuck with bus near the highway before my son's stop as of 9/26/19.
