UI is tedious to navigate, league information is laid out in a disorganized and unhelpful way (The list view is bad). Randomly logs me out and in, and sometimes I'm unable to log back in for a few hours. UI doesn't always catch up to the information it represents regarding my teams. Links to join my teams don't work for a lot of my teammates, so they have to manually find my teams. No web version of this exists and I hate managing teams on my phone rather than computer. Two words: do better.

Hi Owen! I'm sorry to hear you've experienced some of these issues. If any of these are still persisting please reach out to your school's intramural sports administrator and they are able either assist you in fixing these due to program policies, procedures etc. or submit a support ticket so that we can investigate any issues.

Hi Albert! Sorry to hear this was happening to you, Play uses your school's single sign-on process to verify your account and information to login, be sure to reach out to your Intramural Sports admin at your school and they will be able to assist you with logging in to Play!

Very glitchy, slow to load, doesn't allow team captian to accept new members
