update: 2024 cannot get documents to work, says give permissions.. all permissions are granted. ugh. I've been using this now for 6 years, most bugs fixed and it's been been an incredible and useful app to keep up with my children's grades, teacher notes & payments. I've updated the 1 star to 5 stars since the bugs have been fixed for a few years. Will be done with the app this summer.

Nothing loads- it's just a blank white screen. It's always been buggy but in the last few weeks I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times, and it still doesn't work. Update: The app is showing grades and info now, but no notifications come through at all. I've checked all the permissions on my phone and everything I can find in the app to make sure notifications are allowed, and it appears everything is set correctly. Why is there no support for this app?

The notifications are ridiculous! I do not get any notifications for new messages, but it constantly goes off for updated grades. It's the messages from the school I want to see, not the darn Phyed grades! There is no way to change the notifications either. I also NEVER get attachments through the portal. It says see attachments (from the school) but there are never attachments on mine. I have tried to get someone to fix the attachment issue and nothing ever works. I hate it.
