The city needs the eyes and ears of the residents, and I love this app to get city info and report issues that I see easily. I tend to get good feedback from the city, and even more so, results. I did have a minor glitch with the app, I reported that via the web, and the developers reached out quickly, advising me to clear the app data and retry. Fixed it. They want this to work well, and if it doesn't PLEASE let them know! Can't fix what you don't know is broke. I highly recommend this app!

Would be great if it worked. The app automatically signs out the user. Everytime time I try to sign in, a message appears saying there was an error. When I try to recover my password also an error message appears. This makes it impossible to submit several types of requests. Including but not limited to abandoned vehicles and street light problems. I see no reason to automatically sign out a user for this app.

As a user of the previous app, I honestly do prefer the interface of this newer version. The login interface could be adjusted to work a little more smoothly, but I like the ability to report from my phone and it's easy to move the location of the GPS arrow to approximate the issue's specific location. I've received a city response for almost all of what I've reported fairly quickly. Understand that reporting an issue won't instantaneously fix it, but just give it a little time!
