GoCOS!

As a user of the previous app, I honestly do prefer the interface of this newer version. The login interface could be adjusted to work a little more smoothly, but I like the ability to report from my phone and it's easy to move the location of the GPS arrow to approximate the issue's specific location. I've received a city response for almost all of what I've reported fairly quickly. Understand that reporting an issue won't instantaneously fix it, but just give it a little time!

****UPDATE: This app was recently updated and all the issues with not being able to lock in a location have been fixed and the app is now working perfectly I have changed my rating to 5 stars.**** This app used to work great. Now, the GPS function doesn't work (it's no where close), it won't allow for the manual location entry. It refuses to lock in a location, or allow to enter a location. Until you can get it to accept a location, you can't even enter an issue.

I have found the GoCOS app entirely useless because of what appears to be a bug. My report will not let me add a location, which is required for submission of the report. In the location selection tool, the check looking location selection button won't do anything. I can give it gps coordinates, button does nothing. I gave it an address, nothing. Please fix it, y'all there's multiple large cracks spanning my street that have yet to be filled. Fix your app
