I am using this for Cape Coral Fl Police. I am not recieving any notifications even though I can see incidents on the map. All the alerts and Push are toggled on and Notifications are allowed in the app settings. Can see zero settings to set a radius for notifications or anything else. Do you have to have the app on all the time? It should send you an SMS no matter what. The Help Center FAQ in the app is worthless. Not much value to me if it will not send a notification.

Worked when I first downloaded it years ago. For the past several months, I cannot access a single report. When I click on the sent notification, the app opens to a white screen with an X that can't be cleared. The app freezes & the information is inaccessible. This happens with every department I follow. Uninstall/reinstall & installing on a diff device does not fix the issue. I'd hope it's been updated for Android 14 by now. Used to work great, now it's wasted mb that can be used elsewhere.

Need an option to be able to turn off the hideous persistent notification dot on notification bar. It is only there to say app is running - not for an actual alerts. Leave the notifications for alerts only. App can run in the background without forcing the 24/7 notification. Battery drain is significant as well - 13% battery usage compared to social media apps for example that are also running in the background but only using 2, 3, and 4%. Won't be able to use this app if it stays like this.
