So, I've had some pretty serious issues with ending rides in the past when in the parking zone, however, I gave the app another shot and things have been significantly better. I haven't had to contacy support for a couple weeks, and have generally had a good experience on my last 10 or so rides in terms of the app. I'm hoping that will continue to be the case. I'll updating my review in a month or so to reflect how it goes.

Spin app was way better, but switching everything to Bird was such a bad choice. The no ride zones are poorly optimized and put riders in danger. I specifically didn't use Bird because there were just so many issues not present with Spin and then somehow Bird bought Spin and is just making everything Bird, which I can't stress enough, is an awful idea. Spin wasn't great, but at least it was better than Bird. Now they are both kind of trash. Edit: App still sucks

I had horrible experiences, between the vehicles not unlocking or locking or doing anything other than keeping my payments accruing as the systems in place failed. Sadly, when the time comes to correct any mishap on the company's end, you will probably ,if at all receive a email from the support department with some type of promotion for 5 dollars or something like that. problem is Spin doesn't take into consideration the stress and headaches the vehicles or app is causing the rider. 👎 👎
