Radesh Maharaj

A director at Soonder Incorporated and Chairperson of Batseta, Radesh has over 20 years of experience in pension law. He's also a committee member at the Southern African Pension Funds Investment Forum and a Chartered Principal Executive Officer. 

Previously a senior legal adviser at the Financial Sector Conduct Authority, Radesh now brings his expertise to the private sector. His passion lies in pension law, advocating for ethical governance in South Africa's financial services.

Keith Peters

With 19 years at Old Mutual, Keith is currently the Advice Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping and advancing Old Mutual's advice philosophy. His expertise primarily focuses on PF Tied advisers and Broker Distribution. 

He has authored various articles and is a part-time lecturer at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. He also previously lectured Business Law at the University of KwaZulu-Natal Business School.

Matthew Parks

Serving as COSATU's Parliamentary Coordinator for over a decade, Matthew has been pivotal in liaising with Parliament, the government, and the ANC on a wide range of policy matters. His experience spans two decades in the parliamentary sector, including roles in the Western Cape Provincial Legislature and various NGOs. 

Matthew has also been actively involved in the ANC, holding positions such as Deputy Regional Secretary for Cape Town. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Cape Town and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Governance from the University of the Western Cape.
