Course Description:
This online self-study course will help participants develop solid plan for quality initiatives (QI). Having a solid QI plan is instrumental in helping public health agencies to make continuous improvements to their work and programs. PHAB accreditation standards (Domain 9) require that agencies have a written Quality Improvement Plan and demonstrate that activities are based on that plan.

• Apply a template to writing your agency’s QI Plan
Audience:
The target audience for this course is any professional working in a public health agency who has been charged with contributing to the development of the organization’s Quality Improvement Plan.
