You Can Help
This is the best run energy assistance program anywhere. The staff is outstanding! I not only add a dollar every month to my Eversource bill, but I also make donations above and beyond. There is no other local nonprofit that I have more confidence in than OpFuel.

THE LATEST FROM OPERATION FUEL
The real success of The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven Great Give will not be how much money we raise but the tremendous impact those dollars will have when nonprofits across Greater New Haven put them to work! Join the giving on May 1-2 and donate to Operation Fuel to lead the way so current and future generations can thrive with secure access to heat, power, and water. To learn more about the campaign, go to: thegreatgive.org
🚨⚠️Be aware of scams targeting utility customers with overdue bills. Supply and delivery costs are billed EXCLUSIVELY by the electric distribution company – only Eversource or United Illuminating. If you are contacted by a third party about your electric bill balance, you should assume it is not legitimate. If you think you have been scammed, reach out to:- PURA’s Education Outreach and Enforcement Customer Assistance Unity by emailing pure.information@ct.gov- Office of Consumer Counsel by emailing occ.info@ct.gov or calling 860-827-2900- The Office of the Attorney General at 860-808-5318
We have seen firsthand the amazing things that can happen when our community comes together to give back! This campaign gives the community 36 hours, from 7am April 24th to 7pm April 25th, to come together and help a neighbor in need @followers! Shared Clean Energy Facility Program
Shared Clean Energy Facility (SCEF) Projects provide locally generated, renewable, low-carbon clean energy. The energy from these clean energy projects will benefit all of us in Connecticut for generations to come. In order to more directly share the benefits of these new facilities, some customers will receive a credit on their electric bill. For more information on how to participate in the program, click here. To apply online, visit Eversource or UI’s SCEF program websites or to download and fill out the enrollment form, please click the button below.
