Picked up his second win of the year against Purdue Fort Wayne (2/29), striking out three over 5.0 frames of work ... Tossed 5.1 innings on the road against #24 Texas A&M (3/7), limiting the nationally ranked Aggies to three runs on four hits while striking out three.

2019 (Freshman)
Posted an 0-1 mark with a 6.43 ERA in his first collegiate season … Appeared in 15 games with two starts … Tossed 21 innings with 24 strikeouts … Made his collegiate debut in the first game of the season, firing two scoreless innings with three strikeouts against Texas Southern (2/15) … Collected three strikeouts in 1.1 scoreless relief innings against nationally ranked Texas Tech in Midland (4/9) … Made his first college start at UNM (4/16) and allowed only two runs in three innings … No runs allowed in his final three appearances of the season over 4.2 innings.
