You may expect a decision from the Financial Aid Appeals Committee in 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of appeals submitted. The Committee decision is mailed to you and documented in your financial aid file. It is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of the requirements of your appeal and academic plan.

Committee decisions are final. They are not subject to further review.

You will be required to do an appeal for each semester that you are not meeting the Satisfactory Academic Requirements, even if you meet the conditions of your appeal, as required by the Department of Education.

The Financial Aid Office is interested and committed to your success while at Northeast. We encourage you to work with us to learn about financial aid options available to support your education.
