Minnesota soybean farmers are 'Stepping Up' and donating soy-based shoes to local frontline health care workers as a way to say 'thank you' for keeping rural communities safe and healthy during the pandemic. The statewide campaign will allow soybean farmers to give back to their local communities while showcasing the versatility of soy and its environmental benefits.

Soybeans are crushed primarily for soybean meal, or protein, for livestock and poultry. When doing so, soybean oil is also created. Through the years, soybean oil has found its way into a wide-variety of common, every day products, due to its many benefits.
