American Southwest Conference Most Outstanding Track Athlete ... Academic All-Conference ... First team all-conference ... Qualfied in three events for the NCAA Division III National Championships in North Carolina (400 meter dash, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay) ... 2021 Bill Libby Award winner, given to the top overall male athlete at McMurry each year in a vote of the department's coaches and staff ... Competed in 14 meets ... Broke the ASC Meet record in the men's 400 meter dash with a time of 47.20 ... Helped McMurry win the 4x400 relay at the ASC meet en route to a national championship appearance ... Placed second in the 400mH at the ASC meet with a PR of 54.21 ... Won the 2021 War Hawks Classic 200 meter dash with a PR time of 21.66 ... Also had a long jump personal record at 6.11m ... 2020 Track & Field (Freshman):
Had a breakout freshman year for the War Hawks, competing in all seven meets of the shortened season ... Had McMurry's fastest time in the 300 meter run at the Crimson & Gold Invitational in Pittsburg, Kansas, setting the school record at 35.63 ... Earned USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region honors twice, one for his individual performance in the 400 meter dash and another one as a member of the 4x400 relay team that led the South/Southeast Region of NCAA Division III ... Ran an adjusted time of 50.18 at the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier for a personal best, a McMurry season best and the region's fifth best time ... Placed third out of 20 runners in the 200 at the Hardin-Simmons Cowboys Invitational, earning his first career podium finish with a time of 22.04w (3.8) ... Other personal bests include a 13.48m mark in the triple jump (UCO Weilert Open, Jan. 18) and a 22.91 time in the 200 (Texas Tech Shootout, Feb. 15).

Prepped locally at Cooper High School in Abilene, where he graduated in 2019 ... Lettered three seasons in track and field for Coach Scott Stewart ... Was a regional qualifier his sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... District champion in the 300m, 4x400 relay, 4x200 relay as a senior and the 4x400 as a junior ... Triple jump area champion as a senior ... Was named Athlete of the Year at Cooper his senior season ... Also played football at Cooper for head coach Aaron Roan.
