Hazard:

An uncocked and loaded air rifle can discharge unexpectedly if jolted or dropped, posing an injury hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled air rifles and contact Crosman to receive a refund in the form of a Crosman store credit or a refund check after returning the air rifle. Crosman will mail a box with instructions and prepaid postage to each consumer who registers at www.crosman.com/iconrecall. Crosman is contacting all known purchasers.

Hazard:

The helmets do not comply with the dynamic strength of retention system, impact attenuation and certification requirements of the CPSC federal safety regulation for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact Chau River Sports Outdoors for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, and send photos of the helmet with the straps cut through the onsite messaging system by clicking on the “message” icon on Temu.com at Chau River Sports Outdoors store page as proof of destruction, then dispose of the recalled helmet.

If the acceleration pedal on the battery-operated ride-on toy becomes clogged with debris, it can stick after the user’s foot is removed from the pedal, posing a crash hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the 24V Ride-On cars and contact JAKKS Pacific to receive a free repair kit. The repair kit includes a free replacement pedal with installation instructions.

The mattress support pins can become loose and allow the mattress to fall, posing a fall hazard to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cribs and contact Crate & Barrel for a free repair or full refund. Crate & Barrel is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Hazard:

The recalled log splitter’s hydraulic cylinder rod can separate from the piston, preventing the wedge from retracting. Reengaging the rod to the piston can cause the rod and wedge to move unexpectedly, posing injury hazards.

Remedy:

If consumers experience the wedge failing to retract, the consumer should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Oregon Tool or their dealer to schedule a time for Oregon Tool or the dealer to install a free replacement cylinder. Consumers should not attempt to fix the recalled product themselves. Consumers can locate their nearest dealer by visiting www.oregonproducts.com/en/dealer-locator and searching by location for an Outdoor Power Equipment dealer.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled earmuffs and contact 3M to receive free replacement earmuffs, including free shipping.

Hazard:

The children’s pajamas fail to meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a burn hazard to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children, stop using them, and contact Sant and Abel for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them in accordance with local and state recycling laws. Consumers should send the recalling firm a photo of the destroyed garment at returns@santandabel.com to receive a refund. Sant and Abel is contacting all known purchasers directly.

The bicycle's crank arms can loosen and/or detach from the crank/spindle, posing fall and injury hazards.

Remedy:

The portable fuel containers do not meet the child-resistant requirements for closures under the Children's Gasoline Burn Prevention Act (CGBPA). The closure for the products is not child resistant, posing a risk of burns and poisoning to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fuel bottles, place them out of reach of children, and contact Render Store for information on how to receive a new child-resistant cap.

The helmets can fail to protect in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Gasaciods helmets, and contact Fengwang Sports for a refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, take a photo, and send it to the recalling firm either by email at george66305@163.com, or by sending onsite messages to Fengwang Sports on Temu.com. After submitting proof of destruction, consumers should dispose of the recalled helmets.
