In October of 2022, CBP joined the 30x30 Women in Law Enforcement effort as part of a larger framework for our agency to improve the recruitment, retention, representation and experiences of women officers and agents. Working with 30x30 continues to help us identify, understand, and address the obstacles in the recruiting and retention of women for law enforcement positions.

Then attend on January 24 to listen as our team members share insights about life at CBP, their duties and experiences, as well as federal benefits and the hiring process, in live broadcasts throughout the event. Special topics include a panel discussion on law enforcement at CBP, opportunities for Veterans & Military Spouses, and non-law enforcement careers.
