Please join the Federal School Safety Clearinghouse on Wednesday, March 24 at 4:00 p.m. for an informational webinar on school safety related grants available to the K-12 academic community through the Department of Justice.

Representatives from the Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance and Office of Community Oriented Policing Services will provide an overview of funding opportunities, eligibility and eligible uses for grants available, key requirements and deadlines, and helpful tips for developing and submitting applications. The webinar will include a question and answer period for participants to engage directly with agency staff.

  • When: Wednesday, March 24th, 2021, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. EDT
  • Where: Adobe Connect (access link to be provided one day in advance of the event), audio will be provided through a conference line
  • Who: K-12 School Superintendents and Principals; School and District Administrators; Relevant School Staff; and School Resource Officers and Local Law Enforcement

This webinar is part of the 2021 School Safety Webinar Series, a program hosted by the Federal School Safety Clearinghouse to address emerging risks and threats facing the K-12 school community. Held on a monthly basis, the webinar series covers a range of school safety topics, and provides information on the resources, tools, and best practices available to create safer and more resilient school systems across the country.
