HOURS OF OPERATION
The main ticket office is located in the southwest corner of Strawberry Stadium. Regular business hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
GAME DAY HOURS
Secondary ticket booths are located down the right-field line at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field. The booth is ONLY open one hour prior to first pitch on game day.
MOBILE TICKETS
Southeastern is implementing mobile ticketing as the primary source for securing tickets during the 2020-21 season. All tickets can be purchased online at LionSports.net/Tickets and then emailed in a PDF format for fans to download on their phone or print at home. Tickets can also be downloaded to Apple Wallet.
LOST/ DESTROYED TICKETS
All tickets should be treated like cash. Southeastern Athletics and Southeastern Louisiana University are not responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen or damaged. As a service to our season ticket holders, duplicates may be obtained for a fee by contacting the SLU Athletics Ticket Office.
REFUND POLICY
DELAYS | RESCHEDULED EVENTS | CANCELLATIONS
No refunds, exchanges and cancellations are permitted unless Southeastern Athletics is unable to fill an order. There will be no refunds or exchanges for complimentary or season tickets in the event that a game is canceled. All sales are final.
Tickets are still valid if the game is delayed. Refunds will not be granted due to a date / time change or for COVID-related reasons. Announcements regarding any changes will be made on an individual game basis.
