Attached is the final document.  We are running one more check for technical edits at an OGC level before I file the emergency bill, declaration, and temporary.  We are past pencils down for any new proposals.  The text the enrolled version of the March 17^th emergency will be moved as an amendment to the temporary tomorrow so that provisions of both emergencies will align into a single temporary that will be used for future CRE purposes.  Again, thanks to everyone that has contributed to what I think most agree isn’t perfect but represents important consensus in these uncertain times.
