In the beginning, the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival was an idea, born on the banks of the Mississippi River in Dubuque, Iowa.

Today, it is internationally recognized as an indie film festival with a keen eye for tomorrow’s talent. Join us for the 14th annual festival April 23-27, 2025.
