This position gives you the opportunity to lead one or more of our departments. You'll be responsible for setting goals and overseeing day-to-day operations for 10-20 hourly Team Members.
As a Line Leader, you'll develop and lead 2-10 Team Leaders and 75-150 indirect reports. You will oversee a business line within the Meijer store and manage the P&L.
In this role, you'll oversee the overall operation of an entire Meijer store. This includes developing and leading four salaried managers and up to 350 Team Members.
