Position Title: Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst
Reports To: SVP, Finance
Job Description: Are in interested in putting your Finance & Accounting skills to work in the experiential marketing industry? This full-time position based in New York City is responsible for assisting in the financial management of the agency.
The Things You’ll Do:
• Create JEs
• Input vendor bills and create client invoices
• Review current financial performance and identify trends
• Review GL accounts and prepare/adjust JEs
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements
• Maintain GL chart of accounts
• Assist with initial internal control evaluations
• Post monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Review JEs of junior/staff accountants to ensure accuracy
• Perform research and analysis (variance, pricing, etc.)
• Build/Develop/Maintain financial models
• Assist with financial planning and budget/forecast processes
• Learn the business to understand key business drivers
• Assist project teams with financial guidance
What Cool Things You Bring to the Table:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA/CPA a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or FP&A
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
• Strong work ethic
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Oracle Netsuite

- Pay Range
- $75,000.00 Annually to $90,000.00 Annually
