Get Started with Zoom

Heads up! For the most up to date information and resources, visit the IT Help Portal to browse a full list of services and instructions.

Students, faculty and staff can join and start instant Zoom meetings, use their Personal Meeting ID, or schedule meetings for up to 300 participants. Webinars and large meetings are also available by request.

Log into Zoom General Zoom Help Report an Issue

Log in: Go to the UARK Zoom Web Portal and click Sign In. Log in using your your @uark.edu email address and password. To sign in from the Zoom app, click Sign in with SSO.
Note: If you are already logged in with a non-UARK account, select Switch Account from the Profile menu. You may need to enter "uark" in the Company or Domain field.

In addition to training by request, online tutorials and how-tos are available for faculty using Zoom for classes. Zoom also offers free webinars and video tutorials.

International Users

Zoom is restricted in some countries. Faculty and students working from overseas may need to take additional steps.
