14: 1200-23-01-.04(6)(a)1. Cutting boards are heavily stained. The ice machine has red mold growing on the white plastic ice guard.

20: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)6. Temperature violation on multiple food items. The Floor cooler on serving/prep line was found to be unplugged. Problem was corrected on the spot. Unplugging occurred aroud 45 min prior to my Arrival. Food was not out of temp for more than 1 1/2 hours.
