2023-24 (Graduate)
Became the ACC's all-time leader in rebounds on Dec. 21 surpassing former Hokie Regan Magarity ... Won ACC Player of the Week on Jan. 8 ... Was named one of the Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Week by USBWA ... Became the program's all-time leader in starts, minutes played and double figure scoring games during the season ... Set the ACC record for double-doubles with her 73rd at NC State on Feb. 8.

Started 29 games, averaging better than 22 points and 11 rebounds, the only athlete in the nation to do so. Kitley posted 18 games on 20+ points, eight 30-point games and had 19 double-doubles on the season. Her field goal with 0.9 seconds to defeat third-ranked NC State at Cassell Coliseum will stand as one of the more memorable moments from the season.

2022-23 (Senior)
Kitley repeated as ACC Player of the Year after another dominant season where she was one of three athletes in the nation to average 18 points and 10.5 rebounds. She recorded 23 double-doubles and scored 20+ 18 times throughout the season, with her season-high of 29 coming in the final regular season game vs. Georgia Tech. During her senior season she became Tech's all-time leader in points, field goals, blocks and double-doubles while also eclipsing 1,000 rebounds and 2,000 career points.

She is the only VT athlete to be named First Team All-ACC three times, All-Defensive twice and earn AP All-American recognition twice.

Kitley was amongst the league leaders in scoring (18.1), rebounds (9.8), blocks (2.4) and FG% (.551) throughout the season. Her 15 double-doubles led the conference as did her 13 games of 20 or more points. She scored 34 twice and finished the year with a 42-point performance in the NCAA Tournament, the second-most ever scored in the opening round of the competition. She recorded four or more blocks in nine different contests. Her 237 made field goals, set a program record for a single season.

Completed the season ranking ninth all-time at VT in scoring (1,410), fifth in rebounds (800) and third in blocks (187).

2020-21 (Sophomore)
  • Led the Hokies in scoring at 18.2 points per game and averaged 10.4 rebounds.
  • Registered 12 double-doubles, the most in the ACC and was amongst the league leaders in points, rebounds, blocks, free throws and field goal percentage. Kitley was one of two ACC athletes to record a 20-rebound game and was the only one to score 30 points twice.

2019-20 (Freshman)
  • Was named ACC Freshman of the Year. 
  • Started all 30 contests and averaged 12.5 points and 7.5 rebounds. She shot 56% from the field.
  • Tallied six double-doubles on the season.
  • Scored a season-high 27 points in her collegiate debut in Tech's blowout victory over Saint Francis.
High School (Northwest Guilford)
  • Kitley is a 5-star rated center, ranked 33rd overall in her class. 
  • Two-time state champion at Northwest Guilford.
  • She was named 4A State Tournament MVP and AP 4A All-State in 2017 and 2018.  
  • She was named to USA Today First Team NC in 2018, was a McDonald’s All-American Nominee and scored 1,000 points in her high school career.
  • She participated in the Carolinas Classic where she recorded 13 points and 8 rebounds.
  • Kitley scored over 1,000 points in her career and was a McDonald’s All-American nominee.
  • Member of the National Honor Society and was ranked 18th in her graduating class of 535 students.
Personal
  • Born on Sept. 17, Kitley is the daughter of Ralph and Loretta Kitley. 
  • Has three siblings; Raven, Zack and Nick.
  • Father played basketball at Wake Forest University (1986-90) and professionally in Germany. 
  • Kitley earned a degree in human nutrition, foods and exercise in May of 2023. She is currently enrolled in curriculum and instruction courses.
