Biography

2022-23:
  • An all-PCCSC skipper for the second straight year. 
  • Sailed in all nine regattas.
  • Skippered the B division for the UH squad that captured the Peter Wenner Rainbow Invite.
  • Also contributed to UH’s historic win at the Port of La Harbor Cup.
  • UH’s lone representative at the PCCSC Open Singlehanded Championship, placing third overall. 
  • Heped UH to a runner-up finish at the PCCSC Match Race Championship and to third place in both the PCCSC fleet and team race championships.

2021-22:
  • Named an all-PCCSC skipper. 
  • Sailed in all 11 regattas.
  • Led UH to four regatta titles while skippering in the A division during the Stoney Burke Intersectional, the Peter Wenner Rainbow Invite, the PCSSC South Regatta and the PCCS North Regatta. 
  • Also helped UH to runner-up finishes in the PCCSC Match Race Championship and the Port of LA Harbor Cup. 
  • Represented UH in the ICSA National Semifinals in New Orleans, La.

2020-21: (Freshman)
  • Skippered in the team’s only two coed regattas of the year, helping UH to third place in the PCCSC fleet and team race championships.

2019-20: (COVID Season)
  • Sailed in six total regattas.
  • Competed in the PCCSC Coed Fall Dinghy Championship, placing fourth.
  • Placed fifth at the PCCSC Men’s Singlehanded Championship.
  • Finished first in B division as skipper of the UH Green squad that captured the Rainbow Invite.

  • 2019 graduate of Edison HS in Huntington Beach, Calif.
  • A member of California Yacht Club for 12 years.

  • Older sister, Gianna Bailey, sailed for the UH from '14-'18
