Our goal is to educate kids on the fundamentals what their bodies truly need, and to equip them with natural, healthy, efficient, and simple methods to meet these needs.
We accomplish this through hands-on crafts, group activities, and interactive programs!
We want to actively encourage environments where kids are encouraged to know and believe in the beauty of the bodies God has given them, and do what they can to maintain their health.
GrowMeGolden is a nonprofit focused on teaching youth the significance of strong habits and balanced, natural diets. Founded by teens GrowMeGolden aims to educate kids on nutritional fundamentals, hospitality through food, and the universal, intercultural elements of cuisine.

We actively foster environments where kids are encouraged to believe in the beauty of their natural bodies and resourcefully maintain their health.
With in-person programs initially based in Atlanta, Georgia, we plan to highlight the impact of hospitality, strong diets, and provide insight into the commercial food industry. We are interested in exploring how food celebrates communication, remembrance, and nostalgia with our fellow youth around the world, and how it can connect culturally diverse people.
