Biography

2021: Led the `Runners with 13 appearances and also made four starts, pitching to a 5.67 ERA...Struck out 18 in 31.2 IP and posted a 2-4 record...Earned one save...Limited opposing hitters to a .270 average against. 

2020: Made six appearances out of the bullpen as a high leverage reliever...Threw 8.2 innings, posting a 2.08 ERA and a 0.85 WHIP, while striking out eight and limiting opponents to a .103 batting average...Pitched 2.0 innings of shutout ball to earn the save in a win over Washington State on Feb. 16...Struck out one in 1.1 innings pitched, picking up the save against San Francisco on Feb. 23...Threw 3.0 innings of relief against Santa Clara, whiffing four, on Mar. 8...Academic All-WAC. 

2019: Made three starts and appeared 14 times out of the bullpen...finished the season with a 2-5 record and a 3.75 ERA...pitched 36 innings...was third on the team in ERA (3.75) and fourth on the squad in WHIP (1.47)...had 30 strikeouts in 36 innings...held opposing hitters to a .248 average...made career debut against Ball State on February 16...made first career start against Fresno State on March 27...earned first career win against Utah Valley on April 28 and struck out a career-best six batters...pitched a season-high five innings at Loyola Marymount on April 2...Academic All-WAC.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Attended Chandler-Gilbert Community College after transferring from Dixie State after his freshman season...made seven appearances in 2018, making three starts...had a 4-2 record with a 2.41 ERA...struck out 27 batters in 33.2 innings pitched and walked just 11 batters...Academic All-American and made Dean's List...earned associate's degree in arts. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Mesquite HS in Gilbert, Ariz...Second Team All-State selection and Academic All-American...led the Wildcats to a state championship in 2015...honor roll student and golden scholar.
