Biography

Fall 2021: Played and started in all 11 games as a part of the receiving corp… totaled a Presbyterian DI single-season record with 80 catches, 1,120 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns… his record-setting performance netted him a finalist spot on the Jerry Rice Award list for top freshman where he finished seventh… also named FCS All-American by the Associated Press… he finished second in the DI record book with 7.3 receptions/game… ranked third in FCS in receptions/game, fourth in yards and sixth in receiving scores… began the season with 156 yards and at the time tied the single-game DI record tying with three touchdowns against St. Andrews… added his fourth receiving score of the season against Fort Lauderdale… opened league play with back-to-back 10+ reception performances… had 11 catches for 136 yards and a pair of scores at Dayton… added 12 grabs for 178 yards and a pair of touchdowns against Morehead State… he continued his 100+ yard performance at Davidson with eight catches for 107 yards and his ninth touchdown of the year… Witcher totaled a career-high 192 yards and a touchdown in the PC homecoming contest with San Diego… in the PFL matchup with Valparaiso he had nine catches for 86 yards and a touchdown… he recorded another 100+ yard performance against Marist before wrapping up 2021 with his 12th score of the year against St. Thomas… he totaled at least three catches in all 11 games in 2021… had six games with eight or more catches… six contests with 100+ receiving yards… had a touchdown in eight games with three games recording two or more touchdowns…

Before PC: Was an All-State honoree at Pulaski Academy in 2020... also earned All-Conference honors... was a member of the Mu Alpha Theta Club... he chose to come to PC because it is a great environment and is the next level for football and great academics... he intends to major in biology... his father has been his biggest influence growing up because he has helped him learn the game in and out and to strive for perfection...
