2020-21 Season Highlights:

• The only Bulldog to play in every game off the bench.
• Averaged 8.7 points and 4.0 rebounds in 17.1 minutes per game over 26 outings.
• Recorded 11 double-figure scoring outputs and one double-digit rebounding count, leading to a double-double.
• Produced the Bulldogs’ second-best shooting percentage (.554), a figure that jumped to .634 (59-of-93) in the 11 games when he hit double figures.
• Began his Georgia career with a game as impressive for its efficiency – 6-of-8 FGs and 10-of-11 FTs – as its output – a season-high 22 points.
• Posted his first double-double as a Bulldog with team-best efforts of 15 points and 11 boards at Arkansas.
• Georgia’s leading scorer in back-to-back outings against Kentucky (16 points) and Florida (17 points), averaging 16.5 ppg and shooting 76.2 percent from the floor versus the Wildcats and Gators.
• Eventually extended that to a streak of four consecutive double-figure performances with 10 points at South Carolina and 11 versus Ole Miss in Athens.
• Wore a protective mask during the last seven games of the season after suffering a blow to the nose during a scramble for a loose ball at Tennessee.
• Scored his 1,000th career point against South Carolina in Athens, putting up the first 780 at Stony Brook before adding the rest at Georgia.

Stony Brook Highlights:
• Played in 77 games over three seasons, with 35 starts.
• Scored 780 career points, a double-digit average of 10.1 ppg, along with 414 rebounds, 86 assists and 72 steals.
• Helped produce a dramatic turnaround at Stony Brook. After the Seawolves went 13-19 his freshman season, they were a combined 44-22 during his sophomore and junior campaigns.
• All told, posted 40 double-figure scoring outputs at Stony Brook, with five 20-point performances.
• Notched nine double-digit rebound counts, leading to nine double-doubles.
• Recorded a career-high 24 points twice – at Northern Iowa in 2018-19 and at Binghamton in 2019-20 – and a career-most 12 rebounds at Hofstra in 2019-20.
• Earned America East postseason accolades in both 2020 (second-team All-America East) and 2019 (Sixth Man of the Year).

2019-20 Season Highlights:
• The only member of the Seawolves’ roster to start all 33 games.
• Named second-team All-America East.
• Notched 25 double-figure scoring outputs and six double-digit rebound counts.
• Posted a half-dozen double-doubles, the seventh-best single-season tally in Stony Brook history.
• Among America East leaders, ranked No. 14 in scoring, No. 9 in rebounding, No. 5 in steals, No. 6 in field goal percentage and No. 6 in free throw percentage.
• Was the Seawolves’ third-leading scorer (438 points) while leading the team in both rebounds (220) and steals (53) and finishing second in assists (63).
• Produced better statistical averages in America East play than his overall numbers...scoring (+0.6 to 14.0 ppg), rebounding (+0.5 to 7.2 rpg), steals (+0.3 to 1.9 spg) and assists (+0.5 to 2.4 apg).
• Recorded the Seawolves’ first double-double of the season with 18 points and a career-high 12 rebounds at Hofstra on Dec. 10.

2018-19 Season Highlights:
• Logged action in all 33 games, with a pair of starts.
• Named the America East Conference Sixth Man of the Year.
• Posted 15 double-figure scoring outputs, including a career-best 24 in an upset at Northern Iowa.
• Recorded a trio to double-digit rebounding efforts and three double-doubles.
• More than tripled his scoring average (2.9 ppg to 9.4 ppg) and double his rebounding efforts (2.2 rpg to 5.1 rpg) from his redshirt freshman year.
• Scored 14 points in Stony Brook’s improbable 77-74 win at George Washington in the season opener, when the Seawolves fell behind 22-0 to open the game.
• In his lone outing against SEC competition prior to UGA, had 11 points in an 83-81 upset at South Carolina on Nov. 9.
• Opened the season on a tear and was named America East Player of the Week on Nov. 26 and Dec. 31.
• Earned his initial POTW honor after posting his first career double-double against Molloy (20 points, 10 boards) on Nov. 21 and following that with 14 points in a 68-58 victory at Rhode Island on Nov. 24.
• Honored as POTW for a second time after exploding for a career-high 24 points in his first career start, a 73-63 win at Northern Iowa on Dec. 29.
• Connected on 9-of-9 shots from the field, including 4-of-4 attempts from behind the 3-point arc, against the Panthers.

2017-18 Season Highlights:
• Played in 11 contests and averaged 2.9 ppg and 2.2 rpg in 11.0 minutes per game.
• Made his collegiate debut against Norfolk State on Dec. 30 after missing the first 13 games of the campaign while continuing to complete rehab from a right knee injury originally suffered during his senior season of high school.
• Fell just shy of reaching double figures in the scoring column in his initial outing with the Seawolves, scoring nine points in 16 minutes of PT against the Spartans.
• Matched his season high offensive output with nine points against Albany.

2016-17 Season Highlights:
• Did not participate in games and took a medical redshirt after undergoing surgery on his right knee at the beginning of the season.

High School Highlights:
• Coached by Tobias Ceasar as a senior and Ralph Auriantal as a junior at The Master’s School in West Simsbury, Conn.
• Missed the majority of his senior season with the Panthers after suffering a right knee injury.
• As a junior, earned honorable mention All-State honors for Class AA after averaging 18 points and 7 rebounds per game.
• Played at Harlem Village Academy as a freshman and a sophomore, averaging 19.0 ppg and 6.9 rpg in 2013-14.
• Represented the Dominican Republic at the 2015 Nike Global Challenge.
• Averaged 19.3 points per game at the Nike Global Challenge and earned a spot on the 10-player All-Tourney team along with current NBA players such as Trae Young, Jarred Vanderbilt, Josh Okogie and Miles Bridges.
• Posted a double-double featuring a game-high 23 points and 10 rebounds against the tournament’s eventual champions, the USA Midwest squad.

Personal:
• Born October 17, 1997, Andrew is the son of Wanda Garcia and the grandson of Sylvester Garcia.
• Received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Stony Brook and is pursuing a master’s in Sport Management & Policy at UGA.
