Are you or someone you know interested in serving as an Imagine 2030 Strategic Planning Liaison? If so, please use this form to volunteer or nominate a colleague to serve in that capacity. Any full-time faculty or staff member may serve as a Liaison. As a reminder, here are the roles and responsibilities of Imagine 2030 Liaisons:
- Learn the plan, being knowledgeable and clear on the pillars, goals, & objectives, definitions, and assessment timelines
- Facilitate the communication of the strategic planning process from the strategic planning steering committee to the unit
- Advocate for the strategic plan and help foster potential implementation ideas
- Share information from the unit back to the strategic planning steering committee about progress and continuous improvement
- Help make the connections with other units by participating in scheduled liaison gatherings to share out and develop collaborative ideas
- Help provide guidance and feedback on reporting and assessment content for strategic planning reports
