2020 Spring Season (Sophomore): Appeared in all seven games... started at cornerback... led the defense with five pass breakups... broke up two passes in the wins over Northwestern State and UIW... totaled 23 tackles with 16 solo... had 1.5 tackles for loss... finished with a season-high five tackles in the River Bell Classic.

2019 Season (Freshman): Played in all 14 games as a true freshman, starting at cornerback... finished tied for third in the Southland Conference with 13 pass breakups... had three breakups in the River Bell Classic at Southeastern Louisiana... had his first career interception at Prairie View A&M... recorded 43 tackles with 35 being solo... racked up a career-high seven tackles in the playoff win against North Dakota... recovered one fumble... blocked an extra point attempt.

At East St. John: Received NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune Large Schools All-Metro honorable mention in his senior season… finished with 76 tackles, four TFLs, eight pass break-ups, four interceptions, two forced fumbles, one recovery, and one defensive touchdown in 2018… had a key interception in win over Hahnville… finished second in MVP voting... named 7-5A All-District First Team as a junior, intercepting eight passes with two returned for TDs and recorded 48 tackles and three fumble recoveries… also earned all-district as a sophomore... voted onto Dandy Don’s Top 100 players in the state… rated by 247Sports and Rivals as a 3-star prospect and a top 45 player in Louisiana.

Personal: Born Oct. 6, 2000... son of Richonda Martin... has three older siblings - Darion, Meah, and Toni... cousin Ahmani Martin played at Nicholls from 2015-18... brother Darion played at Tulane...majoring in interdisciplinary studies.
