Join us for an electrifying Earth Day EV Ride & Drive Event on Saturday, April 20th, from 9 AM to 3 PM at the La Plata Fairgrounds & Event Center and the Durango Community Recreation Center.
4CORE and the Monarca Group are partnering up to honor the global impact of electric transportation. This event is all about inclusivity, offering a platform to revel in and learn about the power of electric vehicles (EVs). Whether you’re a seasoned EV enthusiast or just curious, we’re here to make the transition to EV ownership smooth sailing for everyone.
Come and explore a range of electric vehicles provided by Durango Motor Company, as well as electric bikes courtesy of ROLL Durango. Test drives are encouraged!
Throughout the day at the Durango Community Recreation Center, we’re hosting enlightening 30-minute presentations covering various EV topics. These sessions are designed to equip you with the knowledge you need to navigate the world of electric vehicles.

“Addressing the Elephant in the Room: Tackling EV Anxiety” – a panel of EV owners (including EV Latino owners) that will bust EV myths and answer all of your questions. (9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm)

“Show Me the Money” – unraveling rebates, tax incentives, info on the weatherization assistance program, and more. (10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm)
“Plug it In!” – delving into the installation and cost of electric mobility, with Living Solar and Shaw Solar reps ready to assist and answer questions. (10:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm)
